Enough with the “parent training”- no one knows your kiddo or loved one better than you. During this consultation package, we will work together to use your knowledge about your loved one to analyze relevant behaviors and identify a toolkit of actions you can take with you. With your feedback and input, will create a thorough plan of action that is both evidence based and practical for your specific situation.

Designed to support parents, caregivers, foster parents, kinship placement supports, host home providers and loved ones, caregiver consultation focuses on your loved one’s specific needs. This is meant to be a problem solving collaboration to support one specific behavior or area of need. This can be a great way to get ideas and see if you may be in need of more intensive services or ongoing consultation.

Time commitment: complete a thorough questionnaire before our one- hour meeting during which we will explore behaviors, identify struggles and strengths, and explore solutions meant to fit your lifestyle. I will follow up with a customized plan including action items and resources that will be sent to you within the week, then we will meet again for a 30 minute follow up appointment.

Ongoing consultation is built for families and caregivers looking for more hands-on and frequent support. Maybe traditional ABA services aren’t covered by your insurance, you need help while on a waitlist, your kiddo doesn’t have a diagnosis, or you just need a professional in your corner. Whatever your need is, whatever your concern, during ongoing consultation we will have biweekly meetings to discuss progress, prioritize and target skill building areas and have a plan of action for the in-between.

Time commitment: This is meant to be a commitment of 2+ months of consultation and support, personalized to your needs, and always data-driven and informed by your environmental factors. You will complete an onboarding questionnaire built to understand your loved one’s unique abilities and areas where support is needed. We will then have one-hour weekly or biweekly appointments between which you will have a plan of action for implementation and shared data collection. You will have access to needed resources and materials individualized for you.
